Saying No, for a reason is always necessary.

Its OK to say No.  saying no can sometimes help start a whole new  level of respect or sometimes resentment.  Saying no,  can sometimes be scary for some of us.  Deep down we know the recipient hasn't matured to the level of wisdom and respect for others and we may have a fear of loosing that person or the relationship.   The word no can be aggressive or respectfully polite.  No matter who you are, it is good to start incorporating the word no into your vocabulary, if that's what you mean; it helps to teach others that the word is not demeaning it is a way of growth and maturity, to accept the word and know that you can enjoy a mature conversation and respect the word coming from others.  Sometimes the word may even save a life, it depends on the question and what its pertaining to.  We cant always stroke egos, if we know the situation is wrong, the person needs to hear the word No, sometimes a life long lesson can be learned.   It is OK to say no, when its the appropriate answer for the situation.  I think many of us has been in this situation and it is OK, we all have to start somewhere.  We never know it may save a life.
